SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
Products are typically shipped within one to three business days of order confirmation. Shipping timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We will provide tracking information where available. Our fulfillment partner ships both from warehouse and via dropship fulfillment directly from manufacturers. In cases where orders contain both types of products, they may arrive in multiple shipments. We do not assume liability for delays due to carrier issues, customs inspections, weather events, or force majeure circumstances. Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We allow returns within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery for most items, provided the products are unused, in original packaging, and include all components and documentation. A restocking fee of up to twenty percent (20%) may apply. Returns for special order or customized products, including but not limited to non-stocked HVAC equipment, are not accepted. Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days of return approval and inspection. Returns initiated beyond the allowed period or for used items will be rejected. Contractor Members may be eligible for an extended return window under their membership terms, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
