Shipping Policy:
Orders ship in 1–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates. Tracking provided when available. Items may ship from warehouse or manufacturer, possibly in multiple shipments. We’re not liable for delays due to carriers, customs, weather, or force majeure. Risk transfers at carrier handoff.
Return Policy:
Returns accepted within 14 days if unused, in original packaging with all parts. Up to 20% restocking fee applies. No returns on custom or special-order items. Refunds processed 7–10 business days after approval. Late or used item returns are rejected. Contractor Members may qualify for extended returns.
Orders & Acceptance:
All orders are subject to acceptance by Heatload.net. We may cancel orders due to stock, pricing errors, or payment concerns. Order confirmations don’t guarantee acceptance. Dropship orders follow supplier terms. We’re not liable for delays or errors from third parties.
Title & Risk of Loss
Customers are responsible for inspecting all goods upon receipt. Any damage or discrepancy must be reported to Heatload.net within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographs and documentation where applicable. For shipping issues, customers may be required to submit a claim directly with the carrier.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Regular Users see retail rates; Contractor Members get discounted pricing once approved. Promotions and discounts may change or be revoked at any time.
