1. Scope of Service

Heatload.net is a supplier only and does not perform installation.

Installations are carried out by a licensed third-party contractor, independently.

We makes no representation or warranties about the installer’s work or scheduling.

Customer is responsible for warranty registration.
2. Technical Requirements

Units are only installed if the indoor and outdoor components are within 8 feet of each other.

Customer is responsible for providing a working 110V/ 220V electrical line to the install site.
3. Cooling Expectations and Load Calculations

Accurate Manual J load calculations are required before installation. If unavailable we are not responsible for the performance. Please email them to: support@heatload.net

We are not responsible for insufficient cooling, improper sizing, or comfort complaints.

The purpose of this install is to provide basic cooling function, not guaranteed temperature regulation.
5. Logistics, Communication, and Legal Liability

Heatload.net is not responsible for:

Delivery delays due to warehouse/inventory issues

Communication lapses between customer and installer

Missed phone calls, unavailability, or late arrivals

Customer waives all claims for consequential damages or inconvenience.

Any legal dispute must be settled via arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona.
6. By Ordering, You Acknowledge That:

You accept the terms, technical requirements, and potential variations in unit brand and timing.

You release Heatload.net from all liability related to installation, equipment performance, communication, or scheduling.
