5% fee between 24 hours and 12 hours before a session
50% fee if canceled within 12 hours
No-shows are charged 100%
Late Policy & Charges
Grace period: 10 minutes
After 10 minutes: Session time reduced without extension
After 20 minutes: Considered a no-show and charged in full
Lecture Recording Policy

No Recording or Redistribution Policy
Recording of sessions (audio or video) is strictly prohibited unless explicit permission is granted.
Distribution of teaching content, materials, or summaries without consent is not allowed.
Violations may result in suspension from future sessions and possible legal action.
You may take personal notes during sessions for your own use only.
You can have this policy agreed upon through a short waiver or check box before booking.
