Fabric entries provide selections of building methods and materials in accordance with “The First Rate” house energy Star software.
Each zone can have two types of Floor Wall and Roof stricture with unlimited selection of Insulation and reflective foil.
Global input for Hot Water flow & return temperature.
Global input for radiator W/m2
Editing any entry cell will immediately update all calculations providing a convenient “What If We Alter???” facility for Architects, Developers, Builders and Owners for consideration of building element changes for energy economy and savings.
The final report is provided in a two-page format and includes pie-chart revealing load element percentages.
